  • Only the active foot in contact with the ground.
  • Full extension of the hip and knee for active leg.
  • Chest up, straight back.
  • No rotation in body.

Rep Requirement
  • Achieve the bottom of squat.
  • Non-supporting foot elevated off ground and in front of body throughout the rep.
